About Shared Parent Support Program

The Colorado Family Center, P.L.L.C. is pleased to announce that we are now offering the Shared Parenting Support Program (SPSP).   This is a highly effective, structured program for divorced parents who want to learn new communication and co-parenting skills.  SPSP generally consists of 10 sessions in which parents acquire improved skills that will reduce conflict.  The co-parents attend the intake session and parents’ partners join the parents for all additional sessions.  The goal is to create a co-parenting team that works together to resolve issues related to the children in a business-like manner, and to reduce conflict within the co-parenting team.  Reducing conflict in post divorce families results in better adjustment for the children and less court involvement in the future.

For more information please call one of our certified SPSP psychologists, at 303-794-7761.
