DANIEL J. MOSLEY, ED.D., is a state licensed psychologist. He has provided professional psychological services since obtaining his Masters of Science in psychology in 1973. In 1982 he received his doctorate in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Mosley's graduate work and his practice have focused on working with children, adolescents, and families.
Particular areas of expertise for Dr. Mosley include evaluation and treatment of children of divorce and victims of sexual abuse, as well as the use of group psychotherapy in the treatment of adolescents. Dr. Mosley's practice now concentrates on court related work; serving as parental responsibilities evaluator, child and family investigator, and parenting coordinator/decision maker.
Dr. Mosley has been active in promoting professional issues in the state of Colorado, including work with the Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee on Child Custody (MDIC) to coordinate the legal and mental health professions in assisting families and children going through divorce. He is a member and past president of the MDIC and a member of the Colorado Interdisciplinary Committee . He is also a member of the Colorado and American Psychological Associations and has been a volunteer with Disaster Mental Health Services of the American Red Cross for the past sixteen years. |

KEVIN ALBERT, PSY.D., is a state licensed psychologist. He earned his M.A. from Cleveland State University in 1977 and his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver in 1989. Dr. Albert completed a post-doctoral fellowship in clinical psychology at Harbor-U.C.L.A. Medical Center in 1990.
Dr. Albert works primarily with the courts conducting parenting time evaluations and working as a Child and Family Investigator. Prior to joining the Colorado Family Center, Dr. Albert's experience was in both community mental health and private and public inpatient settings in Colorado, California, and Ohio.
Dr. Albert is active in both the Metropolitan Denver and the Colorado Interdisciplinary Committees. He is also a member of the Colorado and American Psychological Associations and the AFCC. |

JULIE VAN HEYNINGEN, PSY.D. | |
JULIE VAN HEYNINGEN, PSY.D., is a state-licensed psychologist, gaining her licensure in 1999. She earned her M.A. from the State University of New York at Brockport and her doctorate in clinical psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She completed her internship at Western Missouri Mental Health Center in Kansas City, and a postdoctoral fellowship in Public Psychology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She has been trained in mediation by CDR.
Dr. Van Heyningen provides evaluation and therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of interest are: psychological assessment; parenting-time and divorce-related issues; and the treatment of various types of trauma, including use of EMDR. Much of her work is as a court-appointed Parental Rights Evaluator and Child and Family Investigator. Additionally, she provides consultation to attorneys and other professionals as well as supervision to mental health professionals. She has testified as an expert witness in multiple jurisdictions in Colorado. Dr. Van Heyningen also provides evaluation and supervision services for the Board of Psychologist Examiners. She has written articles, taught and presented on issues related to high conflict divorce to mental health and legal professionals.
Prior to joining the Colorado Family Center, Dr. Van Heyningen worked in community, forensic, school, inpatient, and medical settings, as well as providing clinical and consultative services to the Denver Department of Human Services. Dr. Van Heyningen is a former board member of the Colorado Psychological Association and is the current chairperson of it's Ethics Committee. She is the Past President of the Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. |

SUSAN G. BOLEY, PH.D., is a state licensed psychologist. She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in Fresno in 1996. Dr. Boley completed her internship in pediatric psychology and pediatric neuropsychology and a postdoctoral fellowship in adolescent health at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Dr. Boley works with children, adolescents, adults, and families in individual and family therapy. She has expertise in the areas of psychological testing for adults and children, play therapy, behavioral issues with children, parenting concerns, divorce, depression, anxiety, and EMDR. She is also certified to conduct the Shared Parenting Support Program.
Dr. Boley is a member of the American and Colorado Psychological Associations, the Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. |

JENNIFER L. FONTAINE, PSY.D. | |
JENNIFER L. FONTAINE, PSY.D., is a state licensed psychologist. She earned her M.A. in clinical psychology from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, in 1993 and her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Virginia Consortium Program in Clinical Psychology in 1999. She completed her pre-doctoral internship training at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia.
Dr. Fontaine works with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Her areas of interest and expertise include eating disorders and obesity; Bariatrics (obesity surgery); cognitive-behavioral interventions for depression, anxiety, and health-related problems; divorce and custody related issues; behavioral problems; parent coaching; sexual orientation and identity issues; play therapy; and psychological assessment.
Prior to joining the Colorado Family Center, Dr. Fontaine worked in community mental health in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings in Texas, Virginia, and Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado and American Psychological Associations, the Metropolitan Denver and Colorado Interdisciplinary Committees, and the American Society for Bariatric Surgery. |

IVY SIGEL, PSY.D., is a state licensed psychologist. She earned her Psy.D. in clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in Alhambra in 1992. She completed her internships at Occidental College Counseling Center and Verdugo Psychotherapy Institute working with young adults and families.
Dr. Sigel has worked at length with children, adolescence and adults. She has worked with high risk youth in a residential treatment facility where she supervised counselors and provided individual, group, and family therapy. Dr. Sigel also worked in New Zealand for two years providing therapy for a variety of age groups for clients who were struggling with a broad range of issues.
Dr. Sigel’s area of expertise include anxiety, depression, adjustment problems, loss and grief, mood disorders, play therapy, eating disorders, behavioral problems, divorce issues, and psychological testing. Dr. Sigel is a member of the American Psychological Association. |
